Sitters

Rauscher was, above all, a portraitist. This section gives biographies of the people he painted and links each to the work or works for which they sat. It covers thirteen pages at launch: those sitters with enough independent documentation to support a self-contained page. Minor sitters who do not meet that threshold are noted inline on the relevant work pages instead, per /methodology.
